General Questions
Whether you’re choosing a single door for your home or sourcing doors for a larger project, here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.
Do you offer installation, or just supply the door?
We supply and can coordinate delivery to your job site. For installation, we work with a network of vetted local installers and can provide referrals — just ask when you request a quote.
What's the typical lead time?
Stocked sizes and standard configurations typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom sizes, solid wood, and wrought iron orders run 25–40 days depending on the line — we’ll confirm exact timing when you submit specs.
Do you offer wholesale or net-terms accounts?
Yes. Builders, GCs, and remodelers with an active trade account get volume pricing and net terms. Apply through the trade quote form and a rep will follow up within two business days.
How does the warranty and claims process work?
Every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty. We stay your single point of contact — bring any issue to us directly and we’ll manage the claim rather than sending you back to the manufacturer.
Do you deliver outside the Houston metro area?
We regularly deliver across greater Houston and the surrounding Gulf Coast region. For jobs further out, contact us with the delivery address and we’ll confirm freight options and timing.
Can I see finishes and glass options in person before ordering?
Yes — our Houston showroom keeps physical finish samples, glass lites, and hardware finishes on display. Walk-ins are welcome, or book a visit in advance for a guided walkthrough.

Is a door sold as just the slab, or a complete system?
We sell complete door systems — the slab, frame, sidelites and transoms where applicable, weatherstripping, and threshold engineered to work together. A slab alone is only as weather-tight as the frame it’s set in.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available through select partners for larger orders, including full-house door packages and custom wrought iron entries. Ask your rep for current options when you request a quote.
